Sevak Bagumyan

Sevak S. Bagumyan is a seasoned attorney with nearly 15 years of legal experience. Since establishing The Law Offices of Sevak Bagumyan, APC in 2005, Mr. Bagumyan has specialized in personal injury matters, business law, landlord tenant disputes and other real estate matters. His goal is to safeguard Clients, work closely with them to navigate the complex legal process and arrive at a just and beneficial resolution.

Mr. Bagumyan values teamwork and works directly with case and Client from start to finish. He is an avid listener who approaches each Client’s case as a real person with a story. He believes that it is important to personally meet with each client to gain their trust. His approach has always been to work zealously to yield results unique to each Client’s needs.

His area of expertise is in personal injury where he has obtained millions of dollars in judgments and compensation for his injured Clients. He has tried and won personal injury matters where the verdict was within the seven figures. In addition, Mr. Bagumyan is a licensed real estate broker, allowing him to bring a unique perspective on matters of property, business and contract law.

In his years of practice, he has also completed transactions, negotiated settlements, resolved disputes from adverse parties to third party insurance carriers in diverse areas that range from personal injury, business, real estate, contract disputes, lemon law, and general litigation. Mr. Bagumyan understands firsthand how to unravel complex matters down to their simplest forms while providing his own personalized approach.  His skills and track record have earned the trust and gratitude of many clients, attorneys and firms throughout the Southern California region.

Mr. Bagumyan earned his undergraduate degree from the UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from the Southwestern Law School in 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a valid California Real Estate Broker License. Outside of the office, Mr. Bagumyan is a loving husband and father of three. He enjoys hiking/backpacking, mountain bike riding, golf, classic cars and exploring the animal kingdom with his children.
